As the countdown for the
passion of the Lord Jesus that started six weeks ago has now entered the last
round, the Holy Week, it’s time for Christians to intensify their battle
against Satan, the obnoxious and detestable charlatan. For, this imposter is
still roaming around, trying to hoodwink you and me and prevent us from
entering the Kingdom of our Lord.
Truth Beacon is a flame in the fog of doubt, a voice that dares to question and yet calls souls back to the eternal. It shines on the struggles of the Church, the wounds of faith, and the hope that endures. Here, devotion meets clarity, tradition meets challenge, and light breaks through the shadows to guide hearts toward truth.

Lenten reflections from Mumbai
For Christians, Lent is a period of profound
grace through reflection, repentance and reconciliation. This year also our
parish in Navi Mumbai arranged a very special opportunity – a three-day retreat -- to help us
grow in our relationship with God and deepen our commitment to a way of life,
rooted in our baptism. However, only around 500 people, out of nearly 2,000
parish members, turned up. Their (1,500 people) loss is our (500) gain.

By Thomas Mathew Vattakunnel

This is hard teaching; who could accept that?
Many Christian groups still
talk like the way scribes, Pharisees and teachers responded to Jesus’ “hard
teaching” 2000 years ago.
