The saga of a college professor
Truth Beacon is a flame in the fog of doubt, a voice that dares to question and yet calls souls back to the eternal. It shines on the struggles of the Church, the wounds of faith, and the hope that endures. Here, devotion meets clarity, tradition meets challenge, and light breaks through the shadows to guide hearts toward truth.

When I saw this man prostrating before a ‘god man’ statue…. I realized I’m among the luckiest to know the real God
Who’re the luckiest persons in
this world?
By Sheena George
One day when I was passing by a religious place of another faith, I saw a man prostrating before the statue of
a ‘god man’ who lives in another part of the country. I was amused by this
ardent expression of his faith without any inhibition. But I thought all his
faith was in vain.

Pope's message to Kenneth Copeland
Pope Francis recently sent a video message to Word of Faith leader Kenneth Copeland, urging a reconciliation between Catholics and Charismatics.
The video was sent through Anglican Episcopal Bishop Tony Palmer who played it before a group of cheering followers at the Kenneth Copeland Ministries meeting.
This video starts with a message from Bishop Palmer. After Pope's message, Copeland prayed for Pope which was videotaped and sent back to Pope.

It's not drama... and don't look at your watch
LENT REFLECTIONS
It was time for Holy Mass in a Mumbai church
on a Sunday evening. The parish priest came to the altar but he was disturbed
to see the empty chairs and benches in the front. For, the vast majority of
people were sitting in the last rows of the spacious church a la waiting to
watch a film in a cinema hall.

'I touched the TV screen and prayed along with the priest... and Hannah started getting better' -- By SIMMY JOSHY
Just give Him a chance to act
My five-year old daughter Hannah used to suffer a lot from wheezing, or 'sibilant rhonchi' in medical terminology. We had spent several sleepless nights when our little girl faced breathing difficulties.

Has Christ been divided?
We started writing about Jesus almost three
months ago and generally got encouraging words from many people. However, we
were also shocked by the rabid and bigoted comments from readers of our blog from
other Christian communities in the US
and Europe.

It's all about faith… we can't be Christians who resort to casuistry and ideology
Even demons know entire
theology, they have Denzinger memorised... but they do not have faith
We can recite the Creed theoretically even
without faith and there are many people who do so. Even the detestable demons
do it.
